Help us find your order
For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, include a short description and photos where helpful. Please do not email passwords, identity documents, or full payment card details.
Starting a return
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We will email you the current overseas return warehouse address and instructions. Please wait for those details before posting your parcel. Our company address is not a return warehouse.
You pay return shipping for a change of mind. We cover return shipping for product quality problems and incorrect items sent by us. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we review the refund within 2 business days and process an approved refund within 5 business days.
