Shopping with us
You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep any account login secure. Do not use the website for unlawful activity or interfere with its security.
Products and prices
Check the product description, measurements, materials, and available options before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Prices and checkout totals are shown in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax or other charge is shown before you submit payment. Shipping to the United States is free.
Orders and payment
Use one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order confirmation records the details submitted. If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be completed, or we identify an error that affects your order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it to the original payment method.
Shipping and returns
Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. We currently sell and ship to the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Contact [email protected] within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Customer service will email the current overseas return address. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover it for a product quality problem or an incorrect item sent by us. After receipt and inspection, refund review takes up to 2 business days.
