Here’s what to expect after you place an order with VEYRANNIS.
Where we deliver
We sell and ship to customers in the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Getting your order ready
Order processing takes 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. This is the time we need to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, transit normally takes 3–5 business days. Allow an estimated 4–7 business days in total for processing and delivery. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates; weather, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected delays can affect delivery.
Tracking your parcel
We’ll email your tracking details once your order ships. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. If it has not moved or your delivery is overdue, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Check your delivery details
Please check your address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We’ll try to update it before dispatch, but cannot promise a change once the parcel is on its way.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate with you and the carrier. Keep the packaging and send photos where useful. You can find the return process in our Refund and Returns Policy: contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
